CUTTING
ESTAMODE is able to cut different Steel Grade Coils with thickness from 0.22 mm up to 1 mm.

Small-size cores are stacked within the die tool by automatic interlocking. Large size or low series stacked afterwards by means of different technologies (Welding, Riverting, Bonding ...).
+ INFOALUMINIUM DIE CASTING
ESTAMODE is offering rotor stacks according to the customer specifications (total height, skewing, pole number, etc). In order to supply these specific cores, specific Aluminum Die Casting Tools are manufactured.
